菲东系统辐合10，涡度黄，看看数值能不能调出

gfs近几报都报出巴士海峡西侧台风生成，强度上限台风至强台风级，只是登陆点位置还不确定。ECAI其实也较不稳定的报出了类似的东西，不过强度更弱而已。

请问雅浦岛的系统可以编扰吗？
