For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:
The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane
Bud, located a few hundred miles south-southeast of the southern
tip of the Baja California peninsula.
1. A broad area of low pressure is forecast to form a couple of
hundred miles south of southeastern Mexico in a couple of days.
Environmental conditons could become marginally conducive for
development late this week as the system drifts northward.

* Formation chance through 5 days...low...20 percent.
