He was absolutely jealous of the fact that you were so infatuated by them, by their performance; applauding them the way you did him, Kaito utterly despises that! He never felt so abandoned!
“Master! There’s a Kaito here as well? I’m excited!” said Rin, pointing behind you at the lonely bluenette, standing there, almost seeming mortified… almost.
You looked around since you literally had forgotten that Kaito was around, sort of feeling strange now that he was exactly right behind you. How didn’t you sense or even hear him coming.
“Kaito, don’t just sneak up on me like that alright? It’s damn creepy” you huffed, looking up at him, but he didn’t seem to have heard you, he didn’t seem to be hearing anything for that matter.
他是完全妒嫉于你对他们是多么着迷的事实，他们的表演，对他们像你曾经对他那般鼓掌，Kaito对此是极度厌恶的！他从未有如此被抛弃的感受！

You were very much familiar with the reason he had murderized poor Bently, and though you were told that the machine would not recall or act in such a way for the second time, you highly doubted it. You have no idea what it was thinking and it’s not like you could hook him up to a computer and ‘delete’ unwanted thinking patterns.
“Kaito? Stop‐ you need to stop staring. It’s impolite, that’s an order.
Still, nothing.
”Kaito!”
Like a statue, the android was immobile. You may find him creepy but continuous unresponsiveness was unlike Kaito, and out of concern, you stood on the sofa to further speculate the machine, waving your right hand before it’s face.

“Is Kaito Functioning, Master? He doesn’t appear to be listening…” Rin frowned. But once you were about to answer her, the light in kaito’s iris had completely went out, and the insignia on his arm wasn’t glowing anymore.
With a loud thud, Kaito fell right to the ground and you panicked! It’s like seeing all your money going up in flames!

You couldn’t help but blurt out its name, quickly hopping from the sofa and heading over to the limp machine, you hoped nothing was damaged. That was when you remembered that Kaito was REALLY low on charge this morning, and for Voca‐droids to be shutting down like that can result in massive memory damage!
You were only worried for Kaito because of one thing‐ your money! You can’t afford any kind of damage right now since it’ll cost you your refund, so the prior focus right now was to have Kaito charged before anything else goes wrong!
“Kaito！”
你忍不住脱口喊出他的名字，快速地从沙发上跳下去走到那台瘫倒在地的机械，你希望没有什么损坏。那刻你才想起Kaito 今天早上的电量非常低，Vocadroids 以这样的方式关机会导致巨大的记忆损害！

“Hold still Kaito”
You mumbled, running a thorough scan on his system to check for any faultiness. There hadn’t been any abnormalities so far, and hopefully, it stays that way.
Kaito was once again awake and in full corporative mode, though he was oddly silent lately. Did he hit a speech wiring somewhere?
“Talk to me Kaito. Are all processes alright?” you asked, genuinely worried about the android this time, as if forgotten what it had done a few months back.
The machine had slowly turned his head to look at you, carefully analyising your features through means of biometrics, since his software had not too long restarted, so confirmation of his user was necessary.
“别动Kaito。”
你喃喃自语道，在他的系统上进行一项彻底的扫描以检测任何错误。到目前为止没有任何异常，希望它保持这种状况。
Kaito 再次处于完全配合的模式苏醒过来，虽然他沉默得出奇。是不是他摔到哪个部分的言语电路？

Odd… You expected a ‘masuta’ to come after that since it was strange of him to react in such a short phrase. You weren’t so sure if Kaito was really alright, so you continued to sort him out.
“…Hey Kaito, can you sing to master? It’s really important”
…Hearing those words from you was like seeing the staircase to heaven; Kaito’s hardware began to run on heat upon hearing his user’s request, and his joy was simply ineffable. More importantly, you had entitled yourself as ‘master’ for the second time.
Yes, of course you are his only familiar.
“Hai, masuta. Any song selection of your choice?”
At this point, Kaito seems back to his old self, so avid and dedicated to you, making you forget how psychotic it was as a machine. Currently, you didn’t see Kaito as a machine, but more like… a child.
“……嗨。”
奇怪……你还以为在这句之后会是一句 “Masuta” 因为他以这么短的语句回应显得很古怪。你不是很确定 Kaito 是否真的好了，所以你继续处理他。
“……嘿Kaito，你能唱歌给 Master 听吗？这很重要。”
……听到你说的那些词句仿佛看见一条直通天堂的阶梯；Kaito的硬盘在听到用户的要求后开始运行加热，他的喜悦简直是难以言表的。更重要的是，你已经第二次自称“Master”。
是的，你当然是他唯一亲近的人。
“嗨，Masuta。你选什么歌曲？”
这一刻，Kaito看起来回到以前的他，对你是多么的热衷与尽心尽力，让你忘了身为机械的他是多么精神错乱。现在，你并没有将 Kaito看成一台机械，反而比较像是……一个小孩。

“Anything” you said to him, reminding yourself of the first time you wanted it to sing to you, and Kaito as well remembers this. The difference? This time, you weren’t smiling.

You stretched, pushing the chair towards your desktop and typing in whatever, not noticing how much Kaito was observing you. You truly are a kind human… A kind master… Despite how unhappy you currently appear.
“…Yasashi… ﴾so kind﴿”
Kaito’s inaudible mumble was so faint you didn’t even hear it, artificial eyes perusing your presence like the pages of an entrancing novel; the way you purse you lips in frustration, eyes shining to the light of the LCD screen before your face… Kaito was merely fascinated by you…
….Fixated on you, really…
The silence only being interrupted by the tapping of the keys on your keyboard, a pattern so unrhythmic it’s enough to bug you, until finally, Kaito’s instinctive curiosity began to take a toll.
“不要紧的，Kaito。让我看看能不能把你修复。”
你舒展四肢，把椅子推向你的电脑桌面并输入什么，没有意识到Kaito 正在观察你。你真是个善良的人……善良的主人……即使你现在看起来很不高兴。
“……Yasahi……（真是善良啊）”
Kaito 模糊不清的呢喃微弱得你根本听不见，他的人造眸子像是在浏览一本入门小说的页面那样看着你；你受到挫折而撅着嘴，双眸闪着面前液晶屏幕光的样子…… Kaito 不过是被你迷住了……
……非常的，依恋你……
这样的沉默只是被你键盘上的敲击声干扰，一种毫无节奏，足以让你心烦的模式，直到最后，Kaito 好奇的本能开始打破这种情况。

“Masuta…?”
“‐Kaito?”
You inattentively responded; still busy searching up something on the site for Kaito, not exactly prepared for his strange question.
“… Am I special to you?”
… …. …
The sudden enquiry had caught you off guard, and so your frantic typing had come to a sudden pause, finally leaning back with a sigh and carefully eyeing the robot.
You weren’t quite sure how to answer such a question, and you weren’t sure of the motives behind it. Right now, you just wanted to pretend as if things were ok with him, as if he hadn’t done anything wrong.
“… Kaito‐ yes, of course you’re very special. Why do you ask?”
“Masuta……？”
“— Kaito？”
你心不在焉地回复，依然忙着在Kaito 的网页搜索什么，丝毫没有预料到他奇怪的问题。
“……我对你来说是特别的吗？”
……
你没有防备这句突如其来的询问，然后你疯狂的打字声突然停顿下来，终于靠在椅背上叹了口气，小心地盯着这个机械人。
你不确定要如何回答这样的问题，你也不确定其背后的动机。现在，你只是要假装他一切还好的样子，就像他没有做错什么一样。
“……Kaito——是的，你当然很特别。为什么你这么问？” 他看向地面之前凝视着你，看起来被什么事弄得极度困扰。

He looked to the ground before gazing right back at you, seeming to be extremely bothered by something.
“I am special… But you do not treat me as it is… The fact that there are others of my kind in your sight is incomprehensible to me… Illogical. I am yours, masuta”
You looked at him with a tinge of uncertainty, once again being reminded of how… attached Kaito was to you. Maybe a little too attached on a serious note. You didn’t have a choice but to think that this was probably the same reason he went berserk and murdered your sister’s dog… You weren’t even sure if the key factor here was simple jealousy!
Great‐ quite a reminder that was. Anyhow, the bottom line of it all is that this android has to learn to accept and cope with things; hopefully, he wouldn’t go crazy and murderize anything else! You were still cautious of him!
他看向地面之前凝视着你，看起来被什么事弄得极度困扰。
“我是特别的……但是你并没有这样对待我……我无法理解其他同类出现在你眼中的这点……这不合逻辑。我是你的，Masuta。”
你带有一点不确定性地看着他，再次被提醒Kaito 是如何的……依赖你。严格来说或许是太过依赖了。你无法不去想这个恐怕是和他变得狂暴并杀害你妹妹的狗是一样的原因……你甚至不太肯定这里的关键因素就是纯粹的妒嫉！
很好——这提醒来的好。无论如何，这个安卓最低限度必须学会接受与应付一些事情；但愿，他不会再发疯然后去杀害任何东西！你还是在警惕着他！

“Kaito… Listen. Being a vocaloid, your role is to accept and work with the others. So what if I have other vocaloids around? No need to get all psycho and… jealous… Despite how you feel, I love every one of you ok? So I’ll treat you all the same”
You folded your arms, now leaning back into the chair. You wanted to say that, just to calm his overworked mind, though in reality, much of what you had said was a lie. …You were no longer so fond of this Kaito model sitting before you.
On the other hand, Kaito wasn’t exactly happy with your choice of words. He wanted to be the only vocaloid in your sight, to be deemed as your favourite, the special one; he felt so neglected when you are with the twins, denying any indication of his human intentionally ignoring him.
“Kaito……听着。身为一个 Vocaloid，你的职责就是接受和其他人一起工作。那么如果我有其他的Vocaloid 呢？没必要发疯和……妒嫉……不管你怎么想，我爱你们每一个 OK？所以我会公平对待大家的。”
你抱着你的手臂，现在往后靠着椅子。你会这么说，只是要他那过劳的思绪冷静下来，虽然事实是，你所说的话大部分都是谎言……你已经不再喜欢这个坐在你面前的Kaito 型号了。
另一边，Kaito 对你的措词并不是很高兴。他想要成为你眼中唯一的 Vocaloid，被视为你的最爱，最特别的一个；当你和那对双胞胎一起的时候，他有极度被忽略的感受，否定他的人是故意忽视他的任何表象。

“Ok, look. Kaito, you’re still pretty low on charge. As soon as your software’s dialysis is complete, I’d love for you to engage in shut down, and I expect you to do it, understand?”
You huffed your cheeks in annoyance, finally moving away from the desktop.
“‐Where are you going, masuta?”
Kaito had fervently interjected, as if he would be devastated if you leave the room. He enjoyed the little bits of your company, like a puppy to a child.
“Kaito‐ I have things to do. Rin’s voice bank needs to be modified and I haven’t synchronized her software with Len’s as yet , besides, lesson plans are long overdo”
You lazily scratched your head, not even bothering to include chores and financial payments… Living alone is indeed hard.
“OK，你看。Kaito，你的电量还是很低。你的软件透析完成后，我想让你进入关机序列，我希望你这样做，明白了吗？” 你烦恼地鼓起双颊，终于离开电脑桌面。
“—你要去哪里，Masuta？”
Kaito 强行插话，似乎你一离开这个房间他就会被毁了。他享受你那一点点的陪伴，就像小狗对着一个小孩那样。
“Kaito—我有很多事要做。我必须修改铃的音源库，还未替她的软件与连的同步化，而且，课程规划早就应该要做了。” 你慵懒地抓抓你的头，根本不想理为日常琐事与财务上的支出烦恼……一个人生活确实很难。
“无论如何，我不能留下了……”
你舒展（肌肉/双手？），对你自己接下来的繁重工作有了心理准备……

You almost jumped when you felt the android suddenly grasp your hand, just sitting there and holding unto you like a lost kid. What is with this machine?
“Kaito‐ stop. You need to let go”
you tried to pull your hand away, but to no avail. Being a rather well designed droid, Kaito’s mechanical grip on you was very strong.
“A little more time, Masuta. I promise I can perform better”
he said to you, as if singing was the main reason you were leaving, seeming so desperate to have you stay with him. What made things worse for him was the fact that the twins are now able to do a better job at singing than even he was.
“Kaito‐ the hell are you talking about? Let me go, I’m busy!” You snared （错别字，应该是 snarled） at the crazy machine, thinking how childish it was being!
“Mastua… I‐“
“KAITO GROW UP ALREADY!!!”
“Kaito？”
当你感觉到这个安卓突然抓住你的手时，几乎跳了起来，他只是坐在那里然后像个迷路的小孩般抓住你。这台机械在搞什么？
“Kaito —— 停。你必须放开我。”
你试图抽走你的手，但是没有成功。作为一个设计相当好的机械人，Kaito 对你实施的机械制握法力度非常强。
“给我多一点时间，Masuta。我承诺我会做得更好。”
他对你说道，像是唱歌的问题是你离开的主要原因，看起来多么拼命地要你和他待在一起。对他来说更糟的事是，现在那对双胞胎可以在唱歌方面比他做得更好。
“Kaito—你特么在说什么？放开我，我很忙！”
你对这台发神经的机械咬牙吼道，想着他是有多幼稚！
“Masuta……我——”
“KAITO 给我成熟点别像小孩一样！！！”

No no! There’s no way you could possibly mean that. After waiting so long for a possible user, you took him in and fixed him up, you treated him nicely‐ you love him! You’re his only user; of course you would love him! Why wouldn’t you LOVE him?
你都那么喊了，Kaito只好放了你，现在观察到你是有多愤怒，检测到你的表情处于高度烦操……这是他导致的。
“天！你只是个机械人——电路，芯片和破烂的东西！不是小孩，Kaito！给我懂事一回——我发誓你完全是个故障的机械！”你大声喊道，转过身揉搓你现在疼痛的手腕，快速打开门然后砰地关上，留下可怜的Kaito 在后面想到底刚才发生了什么事。
