New SWOT
Almost a month after the previous team SWOT we upgraded it to reflect better our current situation compared with our “starting point”. It consists of our new vision of problems and opportunities that we face. This sheet shows changes that we have recognized working and developing as a team.
Firstly we want to introduce changes of our strengths:
Fast problem solvers
No major changes occurred. We have more routine so things get done even faster than before.
Good organization
Works good even today, everyone knows what they are supposed to do, or asks if there are doubts.
Confidence
We have gained more self confidence and trust in ourselves.
Purposefulness
We’re still setting clear goals that we try to achieve.
Curiosity
Routine has taken some curiosity away, but still we are eager to work on with the project.
Self criticism
We’re still presenting all the best ideas, many others are left on the table.
Despite of our strengths we still suffer from some weaknesses:
Small problems with communication.
We have learned ways to express ourselves better so that all others can understand.
Lack of experience in teamwork.
We’re gaining experience all the time
Team spread out.
Situation hasn’t changed, but we have managed well.
We have some changes in our vision of future opportunities: Improve our communication skills
We have done well, and still improve all the time.
Gain experience in team working
We have gained some good experience already and still we learn new all the time
Understand other’s personalities
A part of team working skills, we all are getting better at this.
Personal development
Depends on the personal him/her self, but surely we have all learned something.
Our future plans still include some threats:
Possibilities of misunderstanding
No major misunderstandings have occurred and we have learned to be better communicators.
Failure to meet teacher’s requirements
We have had good response from teachers from all our team assignments.
