While filming Half-Blood Prince Bonnie was also revising for her A-levels. She took art, photography, design technology and English.
Bonnie is currently reprising her character as Ginny Weasley in the and final part (a two-part movie) of the Harry Potter series, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, its first part to premiere next November 19, 2010 and the second part on July 15, 2011.
On September 2009, while still filming Deathly Hallows, she will be attending London’s University of the Arts to study film and television. After Harry Potter, she plans to continue acting and working behind the scenes.
*Also in 2009, Wright became a ambassador and supporter for fashion label Made-By and has signed to star in a short film called Sweat.
Sweat is part of a project of five films called Geography of the Hapless Heart. She will be playing the leading female character called Mia in the London segment. Alexandra Billington, who is Sweat film producer and writer has spoken about Wright and said "Bonnie played the role of Mia beautifully and with a maturity that did great justice to the character. Filming went fantastically well and Bonnie was both highly professional and a complete pleasure to work with."
Billington has also mentioned that Bonnie's character Mia as "free spirited young woman yet has enough depth to attract the more intense and introspective Jamie character played by Matthew McNulty." The film also co-stars newcomers Douglas Booth (Worried about a Boy) and Model turned actress Daisy Lowe. The filming of the movie is now completed and the film to be release in 2010. *
Bonnie also counts with many other talents and interests: she enjoys art, dance, travelling, and playing musical instruments like the piano, guitar, saxophone, harmonica, and recorder, as well as sports such as football, swimming, tennis, riding, ice skating, surfing (she once went to Australia to surf) and cycling.
In 2010, Bonnie confirmed to be dating fellow actor and Potter co-star Jamie Campbell Bower.
