To unlock easter eggs you need to follow a few simple steps. Below are all the details on the steps you need to follow.
Easter Egg #1
If Natsuki doesn’t like your poem in Act 2, there is a 33.3% chance that her eyes will pop out.
Easter Egg #2
During Act 2 while talking to Yuri near the closet, there is a 25% chance that her eyes will pixelated and her mouth becomes realistic. She will mumble a sentence; “mibulls sailcloth blindsight lifeline anan rectipetality faultlessly offered scleromalacia neighed catholicate.”

During Act 2 when it is time to choose who you’ll spend your weekend with, the game tries to force your decision to make you pick Monika. However, if you manage to choose Yuri or Natsuki with your cursor, watch the game lose it mind.

When you first meet Yuri in Act 2, her eye will start to drift away to the bottom of the screen.
Easter Egg #5
If you try to copy save file of another act during Act 2,3,4 you will get a black screen with an error message saying “Unable to load the save file.” Monika will appear asking if you are trying to cheat.
