The mandatory Public Disclosure required in Article 14.3.2 shall not be required
where the Skater or other Person who has been found to have committed an
anti-doping rule violation is a Minor, Protected Person or Recreational Skater.
Any optional Public Disclosure in a case involving a Minor, Protected Person or
Recreational Skater shall be proportionate to the facts and circumstances of the
case.
当用药的是未成年人，受保护者，业余运动员时，14.3.2的内容不需要强制向公众披露。只会根据该事件的事实和相关情况进行选择性披露
