There is so much talk on why I like to brew chinese tea and drink from it. Perhaps there is a chemistry between chinese tea and myself.
ME + CHINESE TEA = ZEN
Tea-drinking is an art form, a spiritual practice that brings mindfulness into my daily life and connects me to the natural world which I achieved tranquility and serenity. In ancient practice of tea drinking, there is a ritual to it. How much tea leaves? What is the water temperature to boil a cup of good tea? Also I would recommend you all to make a space in your home to enjoy brewing and drinking tea. This begins with the way I make the tea and carries over into how I drink. Try to connect with the elements by using simple, ceramic mugs made from elements of the earth. These things seem simple and trivial but make a huge difference to the way I experience and evoke the grounding and relating aspects of the tea brewing.
Lastly keep your mind focused on brewing tea and drinking it. Enjoy! ✌
