1. The financial informationset out above does not constitute the company's statutory accounts for theyears ended 31 May 2014 or 2015, but is derived from those accounts. Statutory accounts for 2014 have been delivered to the Registrar of Companies and thosefor 2015 will be delivered following the company's annual general meeting. Theauditor has reported on those accounts; their reports were unqualified, did notdraw attention to any matters by way of emphasis without qualifying theirreport and did not contain statements under s498(2) or (3) Companies Act 2006.
The accounting policiesapplied by the Group are as set out in detail in the Annual Report for the yearended 31 May 2015.
The company has compliedwith the Guidance note 69.1 of the ISDX Growth Market ¨C Rules for Issuers throughoutthe year ended 31 May 2015.

2. Segmental analysis

Operating profit from football before amortisation, depreciation and player trading amounted toGBP64.4 million (2014 ¨C GBP62.1 million); being segment operating loss (asabove) of GBP5.2 million (2014 ¨C profit of GBP9.7 million), adding back depreciation (net of grant amortisation) of BP14.6 million (2014 - GBP12.4million), amortisation of goodwill of GBP0.4 million (2014 ¨C GBP0.4 million)and operating loss
from player trading of GBP54.6 million (2014 ¨C GBP39.6 illion).
