In the previous version(s) of the mod, the Soviets would begin building excessive units in Siberia, and spending more of their industry building tanks there rather than in Europe where they need it the most. Apparently the computer is attracted more to China's cities under Japan's control than Warsaw or other cities in Europe, so they prioritize it over even their capital. This would make the game very unenjoyable afterwards, with things such as excessive unit stacking and too much units blocking the passages everywhere too early in the game. This is a HUGE problem when you are a country like Italy or Germany, because now you have Japan defeated, and all of the Allied country computers are pushing each other to try and attack you all at once, as well as having too much extra money. Last but not least, even IF the computer Japan was able to defeat China, almost always there is a big chance that they will lose it to the Soviets immediately after, leading to Japan being overrun and def

                2. China has no one else to fight but Japan, and for the rest of the game, that is the only Axis power that computer China will be able to fight, too. If you play as China, you have a good chance to take back Shanghai and Peking from Japan in the very first round before the computers start moving. Computer Japan then cannot replace their troops on China's mainland anymore, and you can research tanks and push them out very easily. You even have a chance to take Korea before the Soviets try to.

                        1. I cannot create a direct correlation of a country's economic strength to the money they make in the game. Since the game is so simple, one cannot enjoyably balance the mod in where all country's are given money based on their economic situation. This would mean Germany makes more money than the USA, since the USA was weakened by the Great Depression, along with many other countries in the world. Also, the Soviet Union could not be ranked in terms of economic power because they did not have a capitalist government to analyze them (and they were not affected by the Great Depression either).

                            2. Money quickly determines the power of a country in a world conquest, no matter how big an army is. There is just too much money flowing through the map so that if one RP country or higher falls, a giant power vacuum will occur on the map and whoever effectively manages to control the territory will easily override any rival army, since by that time the newly powerful computer will be constantly increasing its army until it simply runs out of space on the map. The only way to avoid this is to give the poorer country an army that will wipe out its opponent before they can make a huge army, but that will end the game very soon, making the mod less complex as time passes.

                              2即使一个国家的军队如何强大,收入很快会决定它的实力。世界地图有太多资金,所以当有国家战败,巨大的实力差距就会出现,占优的一方很快会胜利,因为那一方能爆兵。唯一的解决方法是加强弱国兵力,不过这样游戏很快会完结,游戏很快会完,「垃圾时间」随着时间推移很快会出现。
