Through the history of the Soviet Union ,the dipute of Khrushchev never stops. As of diplomatic aspect,he converted the strong attitude promoted by the Soviet Union in the early stage of the Cold War into the so-called Peaceful coexistence with Western Capitalist countries polacy,hence established it as the diplomacy guideline for the SU, which opened a new stage for his country. His policy had relaxed the international political situation to some degree at that time, but it did not meet the expectation since its practical effect was inconsistant with what it had been predicted in theory. therefore, it is necessary to look into the reasons for such contradiction/inconsistancy with deeper analysis
