Dear Tank Commanders,Recently, we have received many reports of users being involved in a scam resulting from purchasing Gift Shop packages through unofficial merchants. After receiving payment from the victim, these sellers will send out the Gift Shop packages to the victim and file a credit card chargeback against the credit card company, thus resulting in the victim’s account to be suspended by our system due to fraud.This is an alert to all players that any sales conducted outside of our official website and unauthorised merchants should not be trusted. We strongly encourage all players who wish to make purchases to do so at our official website. Please refrain from using unofficial third party websites as they may compromise your valuable accounts.
