要强身健体，不要透支健康
对即将参考的考生同学们来说，考研是人生的第二次选择。经过或长或短的备考经历，大多数同学都会有身心疲惫的感觉。随着考研冲刺号角的响起，大家又奋不顾身地继续向前冲，但是谁能够快速胜利到达终点才具有决定性意义，而这在很大程度上取决于你们的身体素质和心理健康。有规律的起居生活、每天坚持的体育锻炼以及积极乐观的心理状态是保持身体和心理健康的关键。如果说考研是一场竞技，那么也同样需要大家强壮的身体和健康的心理做支撑，才能完成这项对很多人都看似不可能完成的任务。所以，希望同学们在紧张学习的同时，不要忘记锻炼身体，要真正做到“一张一弛，文武之道”，保持良好乐观的心态去克服困难，从而笑迎挑战。

要注重方法，不要漫无目标
在考研的冲刺阶段，一定不要盲目地一味向前冲，要充分认识到自己的优势和不足，从而寻求最优的解决方案和应试方略。每个考生都要制定一个适合自己的备考攻略，只有选择适合自己的备考方法，才能真正达到“事半功倍”的效果。“四两拨千金”。考试的成功当然离不开良好的知识的储备。短时间大量知识的储备离不开良好的记忆，而良好的记忆则来源于有效的方法。研究表明，感官用得越多，记忆能力越强，对于知识的记忆更是如此。通过音、形、意，听觉、视觉和思维的运用，同时运用或实际或荒诞的联想将更有利于记忆效果的巩固。读与写相结合，回忆、联想和运用相结合，多种手段综合运用，逐步提高自己在各方面的知识储备。

要持之以恒，不要半途而废
随着考试的临近，有些同学可能会感觉压力日渐增大：觉得自己不足的地方太多，比自己优秀的人太多，需要做的事情太多，而时间又过于紧迫……一切的一切好像都超出了自己的设想和自己的承受能力，于是部分同学可能会产生临阵脱逃的想法，甚至会做出放弃考试的“懦夫”决定。实际上，很多时候人们往往可能是在离最后的成功只有半步之遥的时候放弃了。所以，绝不能轻言放弃，应该坚持不懈，直到成功。坚持还是放弃完全是一种心态的问题。坚持不一定会成功，但放弃必然会失败。支撑不住的时候，对自己说一声“我好累”，但永远不要在心里承认“我不行”。

心的本色该是如此——成，如朗月照花，深潭微澜，不论顺逆，不论成败的超然；败，仍水滴石穿，汇流入海，有穷且益坚，不坠青云之志的傲岸；荣，江山依旧，风采犹然，恰沧海巫山，熟视岁月如流，浮华万千，不屑过眼云烟；辱，胯下韩信，雪底苍松，宛若羽化之仙，知退一步，海阔天空，不肯因噎废食。考研仅是人生中的一个重要驿站。在考研之后，你们的人生还会经过许多重要驿站。我们希望，再过几十年，当你回顾每一处驿站时，你会感到自己的人生是那样充实，那样壮丽。希望大家每天给自己一个微笑，把内心的压力化作力量的源泉，把昨天的泪水砌成今天成功的阶梯！
