他？没他怵的。不过我岁数枉大他几岁，他让着我罢了。

你的睡眠有好转吗？

没什么明显变化。早上突然想到，也许和打卡有点关系。一醒，首先想到得是打卡，然后还得想想自己家的日志写点什么。这一想，就把睡个回笼觉的那一点可能想没有了。

恩，我正在看ID帮你上传的讲座。希望能对你有帮助。这小子真厉害，我就特别懒得折腾。

过去我不这样，醒了，想睡总能再睡的。今天早上发现昨天是世界睡眠日，今年主题是“多睡一个小时”，早上没时间细看，我想收起来慢慢看，请ID弄来了。

我不懒，可我不会。

宁夏台请了个北京的大夫去讲座。

挺管用的，我听着听着就困得不行了，强撑着看了三遍才看完。赶紧入睡，等松果体分泌褪黑素。晚安！

我最近睡眠好像回到戒烟前了—— 闹铃还是设置在5:30点，但是最近几天都是7点才肯起床，感觉睡不够，哈哈。记得上个月凌晨2点起来过好几次。当然，睡眠好了，也缺少写东西的激情了，潜水多，发言少。

Just moved to a new office where the extra softwares are not allowed to install, but I'll try to find a way soon to talk with you guys in our own language.
The first post I did was just a joke, beautiful women exist somewhere deep in men's minds no matter how a man imagine them.I did mistake the picture posted in the previous page as Jeanee's, you know admiring words always work, so I just flattered,if anything wrong, I'll excuse myself.
Joke is a joke, just to different extends,somking is fun, but not too much. Everything will be fine if you don't ever go too far, that's the philosophy.Same thing I've been living outta China for nearly 15 years but still spending a few months each year in there, back and forth, that's my life.
Chinese is my first language, you guys gonna see a pure chinaman sooner or later when I could type in our mothertongue.
By the way, I'll still believe Jeanee is a beautiful lady eventhough her picture wasn't there, we are about same age, she reminds me of something and somebody .
