* Fixed Frame Interpolation altering game speed.
* Fixed a stack overflow causing a game crash when attempting to generate a randomizer seed.
* Fixed a crash when attempting to start a new game with a randomizer enabled.
* Fixed a crash when "D-pad as Equip Items" is enabled.
* Fixed a crash when talking with one of the Know-It-All Brothers about the map with French/German language.
* Moved all external images from the otr to the executable: this will potentially fix other crash spots and will make the otr be smaller if regenerated.
* Fixed a bug causing some cutscenes to restart even with debug features disabled when pressing Up/Down.
