一打开游戏就蓝屏，然后重启之后就直接进去bios进不了系统，有时又能正常玩，看视频没问题，但是一打开游戏就突然卡住，突然死机，或者屏幕变黑。然后我电脑Win11装的微软安卓虚拟机也用不了
这种情况是不是只能重装了还是有别的方法？
