CONTRACT AGREEMENT TRANSACTION PROCEDURE:
合同协议交易程序：
0. Buyer issues ICPO together with Buyer’s SPA of offshore tank operator。
0. 买方签发ICPO ，买方与离岸罐运营商签署的SPA（租罐协议）。
1. Issues commercial invoice (ci), after buyer’s ICPO， SPA are agreed by the seller.

After the buyer confirms the above POP, to ensure the genuine purchase of the oil, the buyer shall first pay a tank rental fee of 1,000 US dollars to the tank leasing company and provide a copy of the wire transfer to the seller.
