The addition of DW-035D welding wire high-speed copper plating stabilizer can quickly form an electrochemically deposited copper plating layer under the condition of energizing the steel matrix, so that a dense copper layer can be quickly formed on the surface of the substrate, thereby isolating the direct contact between the acid plating solution and the substrate, so that the replacement reaction is completely stopped, and the copper plating layer has a firm bond.
Immersion copper film to facilitate the wire (pipe) drawing process. It can make the copper ions deposition in an orderly manner, make the copper deposition dense, strong adhesion, and at the same time, the increase of divalent iron is effectively inhibited, eliminating the trouble of frequent addition of copper sulfate, and the film weight of the copper film is 2-30g/m2.
The film thickness can be adjusted, and the thickness can be increased by increasing the copper sulfate, and the thickness can be increased by increasing the current.
