你明白了么 如果单独一个concern做动词，它常见用法应该是sth concern sb! 意思是：某事使某人担忧!,,,
如果要人做主语，表达“某人担心某事” 习惯的短语是sb be concerned at sth/ about that...

简单来说 concern这个词做动词表示“担忧”的意思时，其实准确来说它的意思是“使担忧 ；令担忧”。

不是concerned at，而是 they are concerned / at the prospect of…
their best and brightest departure.这里有问题，原文出自经纪人，departure本来是decamping，是动名词，这词不好，被替换成了departure，但是，动名词复合结构可以不要所有格，直接of sb doing sth而不是必须of sb's doing sth.
换成名词后，所有格也忘了，导致歧义，这里按我理解就是病句。
