where doing sth requires doing sth1( that xx(定从))，doing sth2(这里是主语) requires (that …宾从)
前面一句是where引导的地点状语从句，最常见的一句:where there is a will,there is a way.(有志者事竟成)
结构也和你的差不多。
只是你的用动名词，定从，宾从显得复杂。
另外这句话写得，有很多需要改进的地方。
这个句子去年年底好像有人还问过结构，一模一样，我还答过，感觉中了“无限月读”……
