比如以正治国，以正外交就不能用，要用现代政治经济外交学。以奇用兵，出奇制胜就可以用，比如日本联合舰队在日俄战争中对马海战用运用演化自古代日本能岛流水军兵书的T字战法全歼俄国波罗的海舰队的壮举！
In my understanding, traditional Chinese political and martial wisdoms can be used, but not be abused. Simply speaking, they cannot be adopted by normality and can only be adopted by abnormality, which is also the essential of inheritance of Chinese tradition.
For example, governing the country and handling diplomacy by normality can not be accepted. We should adopt modern politics,economics and diplomacy instead. Whereas, using troops by abnormality and carrying out surprise move can be accepted. For instance, the feat of the fact that during the Battle of Tsushima in Russo-Japanese War, Japanese Combined Fleet wiped out Russian Baltic Fleet by using "Crossing theT" originated from ancientJapanese Noshima-ryunavy art of war!
