2.1 Accessory 辅料A component of a consumer product which is not classified as textile fabric (e.g. button, label, zipper, etc.)消费品其中不归类为纺织面料的组成部分（如：纽扣、标签、拉链等）
2.2 Article 制品An object which during production is given a special shape, surface or design, which determines its function to a greater degree than does its chemicalcomposition (fibers, textile fabrics, buttons, zippers, etc.).通过生产被赋予特殊的形状，外观或设计，从而使其在原有的化学组分基础上引申出更广泛更丰富功能的一件物品(纤维、布料、纽扣、拉链等)。
2.3 BSSLbluesign® system substances list (BSSL) consumer safety limits. A list that specifies consumer safety limits for chemical substances in articles. It also definesusage bans for chemical substances prohibited from the manufacturing of articles.bluesign® system 物质清单-消费者安全限值。本清单列出制品中可含化学物质的消费者安全限值,以及订定禁止用于生产制品的化学物质的使用限制。
2.4 CAS 化学品文摘号CAS registry numbers are unique numerical identifiers for chemical elements, compounds, polymers, biological sequences, mixtures and alloys. ChemicalAbstracts Service (CAS), a division of the American Chemical Society, assigns these identifiers to every chemical that has been described in the literature. Theintention is to make database searches more convenient, as chemicals often have many names. Almost all molecule databases today allow searching by CASnumber.CAS 化学品文摘号是对化学元素、化合物、聚合物、生物学序列、混合物和合金的一种独特的数字识别码。化学文摘社(CAS)是美国化学学会的一个部门，负责为每一个在文献中有描述的化学品编上识别码。由于化学品通常都有很多不同名称，该识别码可以令数据库搜索时更便捷。迄今为止，几乎所有的分子式数据库都可以透过CAS化学品文摘号进行搜索。
2.5 Chemical substance 化学物质A chemical element and its compounds with constant composition and properties. It is defined by the CAS number.一种化学元素及其化合物，具有特定的化学成分和属性，可用 CAS 化学品文摘号识别。
2.6 Component 组成A part of an article that can be distinguished according to the material composition, the functionality and/or the color and is easily, mechanically separatedfrom the other components.制品中可单独拆分的一部分，可根据材料、功能和/或颜色区分，可以用简易的物理方法自其它组成中区别开来的部分。
2.7 Limit value 限值Limit values are defined for single substances or substance groups. The limit value is the maximum amount of a chemical substance or substance grouppermitted in articles for the usage ranges A, B and C.对单个物质或者物质组别定义的限值。其限值为在使用类别 A、B 和 C 对应的消费用品里化学物质的最大允许含量。
2.8 Member 组别成员This term describes a member of a group of restricted substances. It can be a chemical substance or a subgroup of substances. See also chapter 2.13.该术语表示受限物质组别中的成员。它可以是单个化学物质或化学物质的子组别。另请查看 2.13 章节。
2.9 Mixture 混合物A chemical product composed of two or more substances. It can be, for example, a colorant or an auxiliary.由两种或多种物质组成的化学产品，例如：着色剂或助剂。
2.10 Monitoring 监控For some chemical substances toxicological and/or ecological properties are not yet well defined. Therefore, the risk assessment is not complete. For somesubstances sufficient information on possible/typical contamination of articles and chemical products is not available now. Those substances are underobservation. Exact restrictions will be defined as soon as more information exists. 2.11 Sector of Use 适用范围Bluesign® ASSESSMENT for chemical products defines sector of use categories. BLUESIGN uses an approach similar to REACh for the risk-based evaluation ofchemical substances and transfers this to the evaluation of chemical products. This allows a product, process and industry specific assessment of risks tohuman and the environment, that can be adapted to all kind of industries. 2.12 Several 多个When a substance group is not defined by a single CAS number, the field CAS Number contains the entry “Several”. In case of a restriction of the wholesubstance group this is reflected by a limit entry for the group or a corresponding comment. For substance groups, especially for large groups, some or allmembers are listed in the annex.
