Hello there,
It looks like you are being disconnected from matchmaking by Valve Anti-Cheat. This is typically caused by third party software preventing Steam from functioning correctly.
Common programs which cause VAC disconnects include:
Cheat Engine
Steam Idlers
Skin changing software
Windows PowerShell
Hypervisors
CCleaner
As a first step, we recommend restarting your machine without any non-essential software running. Running only Dota 2 will ensure there are no software conflicts or programs running which would cause VAC disconnects.
To avoid disconnects in the future you will need to identify the software causing the issue and keep it disabled while playing Dota 2. Please note, if you received a Competitive cooldown in CS:GO as a result of your VAC disconnect we cannot modify or remove cooldowns applied at Steam Support.
