请教大佬，现在还能用visa卡去其他服买游戏吗？昨天试了一下切换到其他服（挪威、澳大利亚、波兰、法国等），然后用中国银行visa卡到购买最后一步显示错误代码 2813-2471. （you cannot use this credit card. Please use a credit card that matches the country/region setting for your Nintendo Account.） 请问各位大佬这到底是visa卡的问题，还是哪的问题，有没有什么解决办法。感谢！！！
