反垄断专家foss认为，该案大概率在CAT法庭上以双方让步妥协结束(1) the Business Secretary can simply replace the CMA's leadership and (2) the Prime Minister does not need to rely on the Enterprise Act to give policy direction to the CMA (as he did on Friday, but he could do it more specifically about the Activision Blizzard deal if necessary; he simply has that constitutional power over any government agency)
