在export_descr_unit里把精锐将军护卫改为

在里面招募农民下面加上

你会发现招募的将军护卫都变成有人头的 千夫长，但不属于家族成员，而且属性没法改，我靠，只能当炮灰，我招募的最年轻的16岁，最老的 34岁，最高统率才5星。在家里所有家族成员都9星10星的情况下很 独立，只能拉他们去喂鱼
