Part III第三部: I don't care 我不在乎

要理解这首歌，建议大家都去看看相对应的MV。这首歌以类似音乐剧的形式，向我们介绍了JOS的生活情况，他的家庭环境，朋友，以及一些基本信息。我们知道，JOS失去了他的亲生父亲，继父brad采取粗暴的教育方式，给JOS的心灵造成了一定的影响，所以他称其为rage(狂暴），而他的母亲那种过分的爱，又让他无法接受。所以JOS开始憎恨他的城镇、家乡、还有一切他认为充斥着痛苦的生活。  
此外，city of the damned给了我们暗示，JOS在他的家乡应该是一个他圈子里的“领导人物” 7-11大街就是他从小成长起来的地方，因为家长的漠不关心，让他染上了吸烟，吸毒这种恶习。于是JOS对万事都失去了信心（I don't care),他深知这种生活不对，可又无法摆脱.最终，只能选择离家出走，来寻求生活真正的意义......
