This tool allows you and the community to report and prioritize issues in-game, with the Launcher, and other projects as posted. This message provides all the information you need to start reporting issues to RSI! How do I use the Issue Council?As you encounter issues, visit the Issue Council. We have projects available for the current version of the game and Launcher.You find an issue. For example, the game crashes with a black screen or you find a bug with a mission.Open the project in Issue Council to search.Search for any existing reports.You can Contribute to a report, or you can add a report. For both, you will need a profile. For help with using the Issue Council and getting set up with the information to make an effective report, check out our Knowledge Base Guide here: Bug Reports: Using The Issue Council. What happens to my report?Your peers and members of the RSI community attempt to replicate the issue and, if enough users agree that the issue is valid, it becomes Community Confirmed. The issue must be reproduced by 10 people within 30 days of your report date or it will expire. If at least 10 people can reproduce and verify the report, it enters a Triage phase. Users will prioritize the valid issues by upvoting and downvoting each of them and, based on these rankings, CIG developers and QA will examine which issues they will tackle next.
