按楼主的方法，我是手机到手激活，app注册eSim，然后开启wifi通话，充值100刀一切顺利。换了几个客服然后解锁成功。然后将eSim转移给第二部手机，等待客服上班尝试解锁第二部手机中。确定的是T和F这两款聊天工具的客服一样有解锁权限！

To perform a network unlock on prepaid accounts under 365 days old there are a few requirements before the device and account are eligible
- The device must be bought and sold by T-Mobile and have no outstanding financial obligations
- The device must have at least 14 days of usage on the line requesting the unlock
- $100 per line in refills must be applied to the balance
- The IMEI of the device must not be blocked
It doesn't seem this device is blocked or has any financial obligations as I'd typically be advised of these if they were a reason the device could not be unlocked, but the account has not met the refill and time requirements I'd need to be able to continue from here
That all being said, it's not necessary to do now, but if you're interested, I can schedule a follow up for you on the day the phone becomes eligible and you can then add the remaining required $90 and we can process the unlock right away from there
