I can see that you are one of the affected users on the updates being rolled out from the security team where your subscription is being cancelled and refunded because of subscription codes redeemed on the account that were found being acquired through sources that are in violation of the Microsoft Services Agreement

We understand that this is not your fault and don’t worry as engineers are not penalizing your account for this. If you have any complaints, I would suggest reaching out to the store where your code was purchased before because they might be sold inappropriately by them and way cheaper than the regular one we have.

We would also suggest buying codes that are sold directly from Microsoft and from verified third party retail stores to avoid this from happening again.
