Here's How to Have 10+ year (maybe even indefinite?) Campaigns:I've only tried pushing it to 11 years, but so far it works. Just need to do a few quick edits on the save. First off, at the top of the save_0.json file is information about you vs the AI. You need to change the reputation for both Germany and Britain. I used 999, not sure how high you can go, but even with losing every battle I was only down to 750 after 10+ years.
Your save file should start with this line (if Germany):

Do the same thing for Britain.
This will prevent the campaign from ending due to loss of reputation, the second-fastest way to end the campaign. If you see it starting to get below 100, you can always exit and re-edit the save file back up to 999.
Next, you need to prevent peace treaties. For that, search for "PeaceTreatyChance" (it will be near the end of the file), and make sure it is -1.0. I would also make sure the relations are -100, but that may not matter. The things you need to change are the turn values for the TreatyCheck. I changed both the LastTreaty and the TreatyCheckMonth to 999. You can see this below in the snippet from my save file. (You may not have to change the last check date, haven't tried just changing the threshold).
