What is the All-Death's jurisdiction?
Everything.
What is magic, and how does it relate to the Laws?
Magic is effectively the ability to influence existence by the power of will and creative effort. It is one of the Laws of the multiverse, built in like gravity and thermodynamics.

It's Hebrew for "waste and voide" ie the primordial dark & chaos.
Whose Word was it? Is there a recognizable creator entity/entities? If so, who or what is/are/were they?
God, though in more of a deist sense. It is not that the watch was made and then abandoned, it's more that the watch was made and if any drastic action is taken, the watch is destroyed. Benevolent, but generally requires intermediaries to act.
What is the nature of time?
Time's got a big sticky note on it that says "Man, we still haven't figured this out."
Why do gods so rarely have consciousness?
Smaller gods often do. It is the bigger ones that don't, because they are less nouns and more verbs. It's like how you have Cthulhu, and humans can't comprehend Cthulhu, but Cthulhu is still a thing a noun.
What were the Abyss and the Vault like before the King started shaping the former?
Pretty open and without much in terms of features. Not a whole lot of detail there, but reasonably pleasant.
Why are the Beasts listed as the Third Children? Did they not exist until after the Daevas and the mythical humans? If not, what did the Feather-and-Claw people eat?
Beasts only refers to sapient animals, and they are listed as the Third because the xth Children is a fragment of Yeren thinkers, and not actually accurate.
Why is Man the *final* child? Will Earth never bring forth another? Why not?
Multiverse is going to end before then. I plant it at sometime in the 2080s.
What is Yahweh, the Judeo-Christian god?
Essentially, it is a sort of self-aware echo. Essentially, there had been some of the more direct influence in the past ("Yo Adam check out this shit it's neato"), and it reverbed around for quite some time.
Some SCPs have pretty obvious origins: 682's a Leviathan, [001 is some kind of god or messenger thereof, etc. But what are things like 243 or 1370?
Magic is a funny thing. Sometimes shit just happens.
What happened to create SCP-1382?
Since the Veil is in place and past its scheduled removal, all that magic is under pressure. Leaks can be dangerous.
What are He-Who-Made-Light and He-Who-Made-Dark?
I don't put them in large positions, but they're among the elder gods.
Does the creation of cyberspace have any particular cosmic implications?
Not really, except the creation of some minor gods.

If humans are the last children, what are Earth's other sapient species, like (for instance) 1701?
As before, the Child notation is flawed. 'Cause the Yeren were kinda assholes.
