右键开始菜单 管理员身份点击运行 输入DISKPART
输入san
会显示SAN Policy : Offline Shared
再次输入san policy=OnlineAll
会显示DiskPart successfully changed the SAN policy for the current operating system.
之后重启应用就能正常下载安装了
