Pisces Horoscope for April 2010

As you enter April, you seem a bit frantic about money. You may have found that when bills came due, you didn't quite have enough cash to pay them all, or a business deal that you depended on did not go as planned. Whatever happened seems to have unnerved you in the last week of March. Not to worry. You have some really fine financial aspects this month to help you make up for any shortfall, and you may do better than you ever expected.
Also, it may be helpful to know that this coming June, July, and August will shower you with financial luck. Of course, like all astrological aspects, you will need to be out there beating the bushes to find your opportunities, but if you do the universe will richly reward you. If you should feel down about money now, keep in mind that all you have done so far to stabilize your position should work to your favor, so keep up the good work!
Now that Saturn is leaving Libra from April 7 to July 21, you will have a rare opportunity to pay off debt and catch up. Saturn will be back to Libra at the end of July and will stay until October 2012, a very long time, so use every opportunity now to take extra cash to lower those credit balances. By the time you get to the end of July, you can enter that period in strong position, and Saturn will not be able to challenge you in the way he has since last October 29, 2009, when he first came to Libra.
This month you will have other reasons to be optimistic. You may see your financial picture brighten enormously on the important new moon, April 14. That new moon will send a lovely vibration to Neptune, your ruling planet, and that's a good sign you'll make lots of progress. This also hints at the possibility that if you are an artist (many Pisces are), the source of your income might be through something you create. Actors, writers, designers, musicians, dancers, poets, painters, illustrators, makeup artists, costume designers, hair stylists - all will be included in Neptune's wide area of influence, and your craft may bring you a generous sum.
The house that will be accented by the new moon is the house of earned income, not prize winnings, so expect to earn your extra cash. That's good news, though, because there's no luck involved here - just talent and willingness to work hard and smart.
Pluto will also be of assistance to you at the new moon, and with Pluto in your friendship / contacts / groups / social media part of your chart, a friend or even a casual contact may play a part in your financial success this month. Your friend may give you a tip, recommend you for new job, or give you a sterling reference. A group you belong to may stage a mixer or trade show that brings you all the right contacts, or a mass email may help you have a successful event that brings lots of profits.

This month there is other big news on another note, and that has to do with your relationship. Saturn's impending return to Virgo on April 7 to stay until July 21 could bring a bit of turbulence, but only if you are a late-born Pisces with a birthday that falls March 17 to 20.
No matter when your birthday falls, you probably have already gone through one relationship revelation at some point during the two-year period, September 2007 to October 2009, and that was due to Saturn in Virgo. It may have been a business partner or a romantic one who gave you a few sleepless nights, and it is hard to say from where I sit which it was. When Saturn decides to bring life lessons, they tend to be memorable ones.
Depending on your exact birthday, certain months within that two-year period were harder for you than others. With Saturn returning to your opposite sign of Virgo now, you might have one more bout with a partner, or alternatively have a health concern that will need to be addressed quickly. Often when someone doesn't have any partnership issues, Saturn will address health matters that need to be bolstered.
If this sounds like something you just went though, you may have already met Saturn's test, and you are done. In truth only Pisces born March 17 to 20 are even within the orbit of Saturn and therefore able to feel this visit from Saturn, but if that is you, because you already had this aspect once last September-October, you may be through it. It may only have a mild outcome at this time.
One day when all Pisces, but especially those born late in the sign, will need to remain vigilant will be April 26, plus or minus approximately five days. On this day, Saturn in Virgo will oppose Uranus in Pisces at 180 degrees. Uranus is the planet of complete surprise (and even shock), so what you learn about a partner may not be anything you expected and could be upsetting.
It is always so disillusioning when you find qualities in a spouse, steady romantic partner, or business partner / agent or other collaborator that you never noticed before and that you find you don't like. Do the best you can with what you learn - this is meant to protect you.
Protect your health all month and continue to get checkups, improve your fitness levels, and banish bad habits. Saturn opposed to the Sun will press down the most on those late-born Pisces, born March 17 - 20, but Mars' presence in your preventative care sector is a sign the universe is urging you to take good care of your body.
Mars, still in Leo, is moving at much greater speed than he has since October 15 (the date he entered this house), and by May he will move even faster. Mars will remain in your preventative health care sector until June 7. The more swift-moving the planet, the more potent, so if you hope to get toned and sculpted and have developed a personal program to do so, you will see gratifying results in April, May, and first part of June. Don't give up if you've not seen enough benefit from your workout routine - Mars is just starting crank up.

At month's end, at the full moon, April 28, you will have a chance to either travel a great distance or entertain important visitors from a foreign country to your city. A big publishing or broadcasting project might be finished, or you may be called about an opportunity that you might want to consider. Mercury will still be retrograde, but if you get an offer from a person you respect and whom you used to work with from the past, you can accept it without reservation. Mercury is always pleased when we go back to the past.
If you are a Pisces born on February 28, plus or minus five days, you will directly feel the golden vibrations of the lovely full moon and enjoy it to the fullest, although other Pisces will have much to cheer about.
Romantically, you can find lots of fun relaxing while traveling, especially on April 17-18 and April 23-24.
You will enjoy texting your sweetheart, too - with Venus, Mercury, and the Sun moving through your communication house at various points of the month, you'll find all the right words.
One point of caution: With Mercury retrograde in your communications sector, don't email the wrong person by accident and don't reveal too much on your Facebook or Twitter page. You may regret saying too much this month, so keep things discreet and a touch mysterious. You'll summon Cupid that way!
If you would like to give a party at home, do so after Venus enters Gemini April 25. The last week of the month would be your best for that!
Your best, most romantic evenings in April will arrive on: April 1, 5, 9-10, 15-16, 17-18 (gold star weekend), and 23-24 (gorgeous nights filled with surprise, especially for single Pisces).
Summary
You tangled with Saturn in Virgo for more than two years, and just when you thought you could shake free of Saturn's restrictions when he left the difficult position of Virgo on October 29, you discover Saturn's due back. Not for long, dear Pisces.
Saturn will re-enter Virgo on April 7 to stay 14 weeks, until July 21. Virgo is a difficult place for you to host Saturn, for here this can feel like a confrontational vibe. Pisces born March 16 to 20 will notice this trend the most because they had fewer weeks of Saturn's direct rays over the past two years. For these late-born Pisces, it's time to complete Saturn's course in maturity and wisdom. Other Pisces have finished their Saturn boot camp, so the effect for Pisces with birthdays that fall prior to March 16 will be mild.
Until the end of July, no matter when your Pisces birthday falls, protect your health and watch relationships carefully for possible signs of flare-ups.
Saturn will require you to become as practical as can be in regard to all your interactions. Someone may become stubbornly intractable and push your buttons by being cold, critical, or stodgy at the end of April. It appears you will either find a way to deal with this person, or else leave for good. In case anyone has taken you for granted, or assumes you'd never leave, with Uranus on your Sun you will do the opposite of what anyone supposes you'll do! Good!
