官司已经赢了的说~

原来现在并没有赢，参加听证会的朋友向我转达时激动了。
其实是快要赢了。法官裁决让民事裁判官仲裁，调解此事。

公司的公告：
After our hearing with
Judge Frank last week, he has referred the matter over to a
Magistrate for "Mediation", or Settlement.
The Magistrate will focus on 2 main points:
1) The amount of money necessary to provide wages and health
insurance coverage to the current employees maintaining a portion or
portions of the business of Inter-Mark Corporation and its subsidiaries.
2) The amount of money presently being held by the Court, if any,
in the event the parties agree that it is necessary to continue aspects
of Inter-Mark Corporation, and its subsidiaries, pending resolution of
the motion before the Court, pending completion of the investigation,
be it civil or criminal, or both, by the United States.
The do not yet have an exact date for the meeting with the Magistrate
but expect it will be within a week. This will be a private meeting with the
Magistrate and the attorneys and will not be open to the public to attend.
We will keep you informed to the progress as quickly as we can.

公司和美国政府的协议已经签署，这对公司的未来富有深远的意义。协议的具体解读将会在24小时内在网上公布。
