Help people when you are able to help. I believe that only you are in the capable situation that can you provide help to the others, I also believe that only our community becomes more stronger that can they help people come from other countries or countries which need our support.
Community is a small unit comparing with the national or international organizations, I am prone to support the first point of view-help the community. firstly, we live in community, sometimes it seemed that we can provide on time and suitable help to them through direct communication with them. secondly, we understand the shortcomings and strong points of the community very well, so we could suggest to community leaders how things should run, we are together to build our modern community. In another meaning, to help community and international organizations make no difference.
Community can also ask us to help when it comes to the national or international organizations, for instance, earthquake from Haidi, poverty from part of Africa country, we can donate money, clothes, drinking etc. it make our help process smooth and effective, even enable us try our best to help the others, because when trouble comes, we become more regular and organized
To summary, it embodied our kindly and enthusiasm that whether provide help to community or donate money to international organization. It is just that we need different method to express them, the best approach of helping others via our government plan and efficient actors.
