作者团队：北医三院国家妇产疾病临床医学研究中心副研究员王媛媛、四川大学全国妇幼卫生监测办公室副研究员李小洪为该论文的共同第一作者，北医三院国家妇产疾病临床医学研究中心乔杰院士、国家卫生健康委妇幼司宋莉司长、四川大学全国妇幼卫生监测办公室朱军教授为该论文的共同主席及通讯作者。
报告旨在总结新中国成立70年以来在妇女儿童健康领域的发展改革成效与经验，分析该领域在实现“健康中国2030”和“联合国可持续发展目标”宏伟规划上存在的差距和挑战，提出在未来十年促进中国妇幼健康高质量发展的行动策略和具体建议。
