We are currently looking into the issue where Dum Dum is missing during the quest "Second Conflict".
For a potential workaround follow the steps below (note, an earlier gamesave is required):
Load a gamesave before Calling Nancy during the previous quest "Holdin' On".
Fast Travel to "All Foods".
Call Nancy and continue with the questline, see if Dum Dum is is present during the "Second Conflict" quest.

然后再继续游戏, 看看杜姆杜姆会不会出现
