Immergency Server Down for 30 mins

All servers will be down for 30 minutes to fix following issues. Sorry for the
inconvenience.
1. Classing sailor's nation at Lv. 25 issue has been fixed.
2. The issue of the SD class ships(BB6/CV6) leaving the shipyard has been fixed.
3. Great Battle 2 will not be able to be started with out atleast 2 BBs in the Battle room.

All服务器下来在30分钟固定跟随问题。 抱歉为
inconvenience.
1.把Lv的水手的国家分类。 25问题被修理了。
2. 离开造船厂的SD类船(BB6/CV6)的问题被修理了。
3.巨大争斗2不会能开始与atleast 2 BBs在争斗屋子。
