Dreamhack showed off the closest resemblance to mainstream DotA in history with over 10,000 unique computers and paying participants. Shocking news for DotA players found on Dreamhack's site showing that Dreamhack has shifted from DotA to Heroes of Newerth. Dreamhack most famously known for Basshunter's performance of "DotA" a true smash hit for gaming culture, and DotA in general.
