这个比赛组委是不是有问题啊。
肥龙和miguel比赛都打完十几分钟了，miguel说地图有bug，组委居然会同意重打。
肥龙这次心态可能也要被搞崩了。。。
5万美金的比赛，瓶子科技就赞助了3万，为什么还有点针对中国选手呢
专门去看了下比赛的规则，这组委会是不是有毛病啊！完全没理由判重开啊
1. In the rare case of a bugged map, the player or team whose resources are bugged may request afree restart. (1). A restart must be requested no later than six in-game minutes.
(2). It is the players own responsibility to determine if their map is bugged; however, players areallowed to pause the game and ask the tournament administrator for help determining thesituation.
(3). Tournament administrators always have the right to restart a game, for any reason.
(4). After a restart, civilisations and positions must remain the same.
