The foods all prepared, the drinks and invites too,
All that’s left to do is share all of this with you,
Thanksgiving days special to everyone, one and all,
Appreciating blessings, both the good and small.
I think what makes this magical, and this is surely true,
Is from knowing special people, someone just like you
Then counting all our blessings, together one by one
People like you are indeed, where they all stem from.
Grateful thanks to the Heavens, for this little thought
For Thanksgiving Day, and all at heart it’s taught.
