Furnish all labor,materials,servicesand equipment required for facade waterproofing and EPDM waterproofing around aluminium as well as indicated and as hereinafter specified.shall include all related material and accessories as required to achieve a completely watertight installation in strict accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.
Submit shop drawings for approval prior to proceeding with work.
Shop drweings shall include:Othline of waterproofing area and size,location and type of all penetrations,perimeter and penetration details,and special details.
Deliver materials in original,unopened containers.
Containers to be labeled with manufacturer’s name, brand name,installation instructions and identification of barious items.
Store materials,except membrane,between 60 oF.and 80 oF.If exposedto lower temperature,restore to 60 oF.,minimum temperature before using.
Store materials,expectmembrane,in dry aera and protect from water and direct sunlight.Damaged materials shall be replaced at Contractor’s expense.
