On January 2, 2003, Suunto opened a new call center to provide product support for our customers in Europe.
- The call center number is +358 2 284 1160. The cost of the call is that of a normal call to Finland.
- The call center is open Mon-Fri from 9 A.M. to 9 P.M. Helsinki time (GMT +2).
- Service is provided in English, Swedish, and Finnish. Service in French will be available in mid-February 2003.
- Call center professionals can answer customer questions regarding diving products, outdoor products, and compasses.
- E-mail support for Suunto PC software is available at softwarehelpdesk@suunto.com
The new call center number replaces the previous customer service numbers for Europe. By centralizing our customer service resources, we aim to provide our customers with product support of maximum efficiency and quality.

The new service include pickup and return, with 7-day warranty repairs and 14-day non-warranty repairs.
