我家电脑报告有木马病毒，已隔离。但要怎么杀死它呢？

顺便说一下，我用的是卡巴斯基防病毒单机版！ 

是这个被感染：C:\Documents and Settings\user\local settings\temporary internet 
files\content.IE5\WXE3WLUV\1.[1].htm

可以删除吗？
