Mafuyu then entered the room, and told Asumi to stop teasing him. Turns out that Mafuyu went out to buy a large quantity of canned peaches, but due to the amount she bought, the bag ripped open, and Mafuyu somehow ended up sitting on Nariyuki's head after losing her balance.
The incapable trio happened to come in right as Mafuyu sat on Nariyuki. While Mafuyu and Asumi reflected on what they did, Rizu offered Nabeyaki Udon for Nariyuki to eat before starting to strip the latter to wipe his sweat off. Though Nariyuki told her that he can do it himself, Fumino and Uruka told Rizu that they can't let her take up all these difficult task by herself, and should settle it with rock-paper-scissors.
Around 4:35, Uruka's the one taking care of Nariyuki. Though Nariyuki told her to go play with the others, Uruka replied that she had already let everyone know, and she's merely looking after him because she likes him. She tried to (falsely) clarify that she didn't mean it that way, before correcting herself again that it is also due to that, and told Nariyuki to let her butt in his affair for now. Nariyuki then had a flashback where Uruka said the same thing, and wondered when did that begin.
Fumino then came in, letting Uruka know that it's time to switch. As Fumino changed Nariyuki's towel, the latter's face mask fell off. A strange thought crossed Fumino at that time, feeling like she'd be able to kiss him. Fumino then lamented that ever since that day, she had been feeling weird. That in any moment, whether awake or asleep, Nariyuki was on her mind. Fumino, however, wants these feelings to disappear as soon as possible. She knows that if Rizu and/or Uruka knows about her feeling, all those important things will be destroyed.
While Fumino's thinking about the sake of Rizu and Uruka, Nariyuki suddenly grabbed Fumino's hand while calling Uruka's name. Despite her mind told her to stop, her body had already moved in to kiss Nariyuki, only to be stop short when Rizu and Uruka walked in, and the latter calling Fumino's name...
