Dear Valve: For the up coming major (Dream League S11), DouYu TV (https://www.douyu.com/) released a new regulation. It suggestes the offical broadcast of this event can only be watched at a cost (not only the offical cast but all streamers). We think it breaks the rule of dota2 streaming released by valve that all streamers can stream the match on DotaTV for non-money earning reasons. DouYu TV rules all the streamers and reduces the number of their viewer. And it doesn't follow the content that Dota2 is a "Free to play" game if people have to pay to watch the excellent matches. Also this limits the number of people who join our dota2 community because they think the pro matches are fun to watch and want to try the game. We don't know where does the earning go, and we would like a response about this from valve to clarify if what DouYu TV is doing is under control of valve. Hope to hear back soon Best wishes
