1 Feb. 6.9k=actual shipment. Rolling 2K to Mar.
2 Mar. 13k(include 2k rolling from Feb.),MBA 2.5k,plan build 10k. Customer FCST upside 1.8k this month, PMC discussed with FF then pushout the 1.8k to Apr. for 2 reasons. 1st Base on currently hub call off projection Mar. ship 13k can fulfill hub call of to May; 2nd now open order total 12k, Feb will ship 5K in the rest time, still has 2WKs to receive order, every WK can get 2～3k order, So the customer Order for Mar. max 13k.
3 Apr. 16k, include net demand 14.9k(upside 1.8k) and 1.4k buffer.
4 May 18.8k include net demand 13.5k and buffer 5.4k balance 4k buffer to Jun.

1 Mar. 13k(include 1.5k buffer),MBA 2.5k,plan build 10k. Customer FCST downsize 1.3k this month, but April is quarter ending for customer, according experiences customer will big increase hub call off this month, So FF balanced 1.3k buffer to Apr. from May keep 13k the same with last week. This action will reduce MRP fluctuation for row materials.
2 Apr. 13.5k, include net demand 11.8k(downside 2.5k) and 1.7k buffer.
3 May 17.2k include net demand 13.1k and buffer 4.1k.
Janus FCST total downside 800pcs in Apr. and May, next week I will release materials pushout list to buyers and excess list to FFs.

1 Mar. 14k(include 1.3k buffer) ,MBA 2.5k,plan build 10k.Compared with last week Customer FCST upside 1.2k this month, and SV had received 12k order this month, so increase FCST to 12.7k, and April is quarter ending for customer, keep 1.3k buffer at Mar.
2 Apr. 12.5k, include net demand 10.8k(downside 1k) and 1.7k buffer.
3.May 17.1k include net demand 13.1k and buffer 4.1k no change with last week.
4.June 17.9k include net demand 16.2k and 1.7k buffer no change with last week.

1 Mar. 11.6k= plan shipment, transfer 1.3k buffer to Apr.
2 Apr. 13.6k, include net demand 11k and 2.6k buffer, compare with last week FCST increase 1.3k that rolling from Mar.
3.May 13.7k include net demand 11.9k and buffer 2.8k reduce 3.3k from last week. The reason is customer FCST downside.
4.June 16k include net demand 13.8k and 2.2k buffer.

Customer FCST downsized 5k this week, so AFCST downsize in Apr. and May.
1 Mar. 12.1k= actual shipment
2 Apr. 10.1k, no buffer, downsize 3.5k as last week. now open order 5k, every week can receive 2-3k order, so Apr. 10k MRP OK.
3.May 11.7k include net demand 9.6k and buffer 2.1k total reduce 2k as last week.
4.June 15.4k include net demand 11.3k and 4.1k buffer. total quantity keep the same with last week.
