The Humming Razor is in Autumn's Fall, in the cave you go through to get to the raid. The four Tremor Engines are 1) in the same cave, 2) in the Basin Keep black market, 3) Sapphire Ridge, in the area just west of the big building, and 4) Sapphire Ridge, in the furthest east cave area.
