At 4.00 p.m. LST 20 October, the tropical depression is due 180km east of Prachuap Khiri Khan or latitude 11.5 degree North, longitude 101.5 degree East, with maximum sustained winds about 55 knots. The storm is moving west-northwest at speed of 30 km/hr to make landfall over Prachuap Khiri Khan overnight of 20 October. More rain will be likely with isolated torrential downpours in the lower North, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, the East and the South. People should beware of the sever conditions.
